About Avant - garde The Ideology

Avant-garde Creative Architecture, is a pioneer company offering state-of the-art designs in the field of architecture for over 20 years.Having completed more than 600 buildings, this mastermind company has an endless passion for innovating ideas using interplay of Nature and Space.

Our ideology is centered on creating "SMART DESIGNS", involving Art-Nature-Technology to produce a symphony in Space design.

In Avant-garde, architecture is reinvented in present day context, based on strong fundamental design principles, practiced and learnt from world over. Our efforts are to offer world-class creative buildings and redefine the way we live and think. Adil Ahmed
Director - Design
  • Adil Ahmed completed his graduation in the field of Architecture, from University Visveshwaraiah College of Engineering, Bangalore in 1994. After initially working with Chandavarkar and Thacker (C&T) he along with his friend Sanjay Kakde, set out to establish their own company in1995.
  • Since then Adil Ahmed has been practicing in Bangalore, India and Austin - Texas, USA and has many outstanding & creative works, to add to his evergrowing list of designer buildings. The ability of imagination and space visualization skills is his expertise which goes a long way in creating innovative designs for buildings.
  • His style of Architecture is simple, effective and practical, created by using a combination of nature , science and art in balance.
Sanjay Kakde
Director - BUSINESS
  • Sanjay completed his graduation in the field of Architecture, from University Visveshwaraiah College of Engineering, Bangalore in 1994. After initially working with Thomas Associates, he along with his friend Adil Ahmed, set out to establish their own company in 1995.
  • Along with practicing architecture, Sanjay Kakde explored his natural inclination in business management, which eventually became the core strength for the establishment of the firm.
  • With a deep sense in business and financial matters, he ventured into real estate and investments. This further accelerated the growth of the company. His creative approach in providing innovative management solutions goes a long way in making architecture a successful business.
